On a 1-acre property atop a hill, your efficiency apartment has amazing views of East San Diego county and is so quiet, all you'll hear are crickets at night and bird calls in the morning.What about amenities? You'll feel like you're at home with heating, AC, TV with FireStick for streaming capabilities. , Wi-Fi, and a large, fully equipped kitchenette - it's large and features a refrigerator, 2-burner electric stove, coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, cutlery, pans, pots, wine opener, can opener, salt/pepper, and paper towels. The single bedroom features a queen-sized bed with a spring-coil mattress and high-quality bedding, a large closet, two nightstands, and two small cabinets to store your stuff.
