The 1700 sq. ft. house sits on a 1-acre property on top of a hill with panoramic views of local mountains and all of East San Diego County. A long driveway provides privacy, quiet, and 3 private parking spaces.The spaceMaster bedroom w/bath: This luxurious bedroom, with attached bathroom, is the largest room in a spacious 1700+ sq. ft. house that we call “The Gillespie House”. Master Bedroom:New spring-coil king-sized bed, lavender bedding, nightstands, antique desk, a chair, a closet, and two small cabinets to store your stuff.The private bathroom has his-and-her sinks and a Jacuzzi bathtub.Bedroom 2:The Turquoise Room is the farthest away of the 3 bedrooms for guests in the house. It has a brand new spring-coil king-sized bed.Bedroom 3: The White Room is the smallest of the 3 bedrooms for guests in the house. It has a brand new spring-coil queen-sized bed.Each room has its own thermostat for personalized comfort settings.Guest accessThe kitchen is large and features a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, 4-burner stove, full-sized oven, toaster-oven, toaster, coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, cutlery, pans, pots, wine opener, can opener, salt/pepper, paper towels, etc. The island in the middle even has USB jacks to charge your phone. Has a full-sized refrigerator.We provide everything from cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, dish-washing detergent etc.Each bedroom has a smart TV (or TV with Firestick) where you can log into your favorite streaming service.The rooms and the entire house has very fast Wi-Fi. We recently bumped up the speed of the Internet to over 30Mbps!Guests have 3 parking spaces and plenty of street parking. There is a washer/dryer on the premises. Detergent and dryer sheets provided.Other things to notePLEASE Inquire (click "Send a Message"), rather than doing a Request to Book (Booking). Because we list on 5 different sites, our calendar is not always up to date. We do our best, but because the demand is so high, we get inundated with reservation requests and then get penalized by for declining the ones that are not a good fit. Help us out and send an inquiry first! We promise to respond very quickly! Our typical response rate is 2-10 minutes.

Welcome to the Hilltop Family Retreat in El Cajon, California! With 3 bedrooms, this fully furnished apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The entire rental unit offers privacy for your family or group to enjoy.
Please note that the minimum stay allowed is 31 days, perfect for an extended family vacation or temporary housing. The maximum stay allowed is 365 days, giving you flexibility in your length of stay. Maximum occupancy is 365 guests, so feel free to invite family and friends to join you in this spacious retreat.
Located at 8435 Wenatchee Ave, check-in time is at 04:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. We kindly ask that guests adhere to these times to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next guests.
In order to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests, we have established the following house rules:
1. No smoking inside the apartment.
2. No pets allowed on the property.
3. Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
4. Kindly clean up after yourselves and leave the apartment in the same condition as when you arrived.
5. Be mindful of the neighbors and avoid excessive noise.
6. Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
