We want to ensure that all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, so please take note of the following house rules. First and foremost, the minimum stay allowed at this property is 3 nights, with a maximum stay of up to 365 nights. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 365 guests, making it perfect for family vacations or group getaways. Check-in time is at 4:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. We kindly ask that guests adhere to these times to allow for proper cleaning and preparation for the next arrival. As this is an entire rental unit, we ask that guests respect the privacy of others staying in neighboring units. Please be mindful of noise levels and be considerate of the shared spaces within the property. While there are no beds provided in the unit, guests are welcome to bring air mattresses or sleeping bags to accommodate their sleeping arrangements. There are multiple units in this building that are identical except for some differences in furniture style. When you request a particular unit, we will do our very best to accommodate you in that unit. We will confirm your exact unit number shortly after we accept your booking. NEW UPDATE! Pacific and Mission Beaches are OPEN all while practicing social distancing & face coverings. Our office has been closely following the developments of the situation with the COVID-19 corona-virus pandemic. Face Masks are required at all times while in the Capri By The Sea common area’s. “Capri by the Sea is in the process of replacing all of our ocean view Juliette balcony railings and this project should be completed prior to Thanksgiving Week 2020. There may some light audible noise Mon-Sat between 9 am-5 pm. We apologize in advance for all the inconvenience. To guarantee guest safety, temporary railing barriers will be in place so sliding doors can be fully opened for air flow. Until work is finished, guests will be unable to access private condominium Juliette balconies or Capri by the Sea’s rooftop terrace. Currently the North rooftop BBQ’s are accessible and the pool is open for use while practicing social distancing and following posted rules. In order to better protect our employees and our clients, the office will be open only for checking in. We are taking all precautions to ensure a safe environment for our customers and our employees.
