The pool will not be pre-heated for electricity savings purposes, but it has the option to be heated, which I can provide instruction for as to how to start it. Hot tub is not for use. For your safety, please use the pool with care. There is no pool lighting, so we advise to swim during daylight. By booking, you acknowledge that the host is not responsible for any injuries or accidents.Noise and Gatherings: This is a friendly & quiet neighborhood, please be respectful of neighbors and do not disturb at any time. No loud music and parties allowed. No patio/outside gatherings allowed after 9PM. If surrounding neighbors report a complaint and/or call police for disturbance, guest(s) will be asked to leave immediately without refund.No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside OR outside property at any time. Violation of this policy will result in $1,000 PENALTY and guest(s) will be asked to leave immediately without refund.
