Need to house the hockey team, church choir or a Dugger Family? We have the space for you! This traditional home is a ranch style classic with three bedrooms on the first floor and 1.5 baths. Comfortable amenities and kitchen, living room etc. Through the garage and down the stairs is the "team room". 5 Full Size Bunk Beds, for possible sleeping of 20 or more in a team. Couches convert to beds. A full bath and laundry are located in the finished basement. Half a mile to Sport One.

Guest access

Guests will access the home through the front door initially. Door code will be sent prior with home info. Access to garage and/or garage remotes will be given at checkin.

Space overview

Home can be used in a very traditional manner with 3 bedrooms on a single floor and 1.5 baths. Through garage is the "team room" with sleeping for over 20 in a team! The back sun porch is a great place to break bread with the team where seating is at least 10, dining area off kitchen offers another 8-10 seating. Nice sized living room both on the main floor and in the team room. Giant backyard, fully fenced, with a play set, awesome deck and deck furnishings. Parking is in the large 2 car garage and an additional 3 spaces in the drive.

House rules Things to know

Move in after 05:00 PM,  Move out by 10:00 AM Children below age 3 are allowed. Pets Allowed. Smoking not allowed. Parties & events are allowed.

*During your stay, please keep all doors locked as you leave and enter. *No smoking of any type in the property. Evidence of indoor smoking will trigger a $500 cleaning and smoke mitigation fee. *Five vehicles total is about all that can fit in garage and driveway. No parking outside of these areas. *Please be accurate in your group size and reach out if you have needs beyond a capacity of around 26. Upper level home can fit a decent sized group comfortably and the whole team can stay in the finished basement bunk room. Sleeping for over 20 there with a full bath.

If you are interested in using the home for a smaller group on just the main level please reach out in an inquiry with group size, length needed etc. and we can discuss another rate if the "team room" is not utilized.

Great suburban neighborhood just north of downtown Fort Wayne. Half a mile to Sport One and a mile or so to the Coliseum. Downtown to the Embassy Theatre, and Grand Wayne Convention center just a couple of miles. Area is also close to Coliseum Blvd with great dining, stores, mall etc. Single family neighborhood so please do not park in street and see additional house rules for vehicle limit.
