Get out of the hustle and bustle but not too far! This is an amazing new construction build home located just South of Fort Wayne with easy access to Hwy 469 and Hwy 69. Airport, Downtown etc. are all close at hand but you will have the privacy of country living. This amazing house is situated well for longer term stays and has been designed with families and groups of 6 or so guests in mind. Do some star gazing, enjoy the peace and quiet of the area, or tickle the ivory on the piano.

Guest access

This home is accessed using Schlage Keypad Deadbolts. All three doors carry the same unique code given to our guests generally a day before check-in begins.

Space overview

This home is basically a flat ranch style home with with a master suite with full bathroom and two additional bedrooms on the other side of the house. Three Queen sized beds, a twin air mattress and a packnplay reside full time. Comfortable living room seating, dining for 6 to 8, and a piano! Each bedroom is well sized and has a full closet or walk in closet and boasts a comfortable, new queen sized bed. Higher end cellular shades in all bedroom spaces. Kitchen is a highlight of the property and well suited for those who enjoy the cooking experience. Washer and dryer are located in middle of the home. Currently parking is in the two spaces at the front of the home and a few more spaces are around the back.

Move in after 04:00 PM,  Move out by 11:00 AM Children below age 3 are allowed. Pets Allowed. Smoking not allowed. No parties & events allowed.

During your stay, please keep all doors locked as you leave and enter. NO SMOKING of any type in the house or garage. Evidence of smoking will trigger a 400$ smoke mitigation and cleaning fee in additional to any additional charges placed after the stay. Please smoke away for the home and windows, doors, vents etc...

*Please make sure to give us an accurate headcount so that we can make sure the home will be a good fit for you. We are pet friendly but do not allow more than two animals *Child's Packnplay resides at the home at all times along with crib sheet and blanket (master suite closet) *Please see "No Smoking Policy" in additional rules, and do not smoke or burn anything but pancakes inside. *Wifi is stable and can handle HD viewing content. However, being slightly remote options for high bandwidth are low.
