Higher end wood working and furnishing details throughout the home give this home a classic, clean feel. Custom, local, amish kitchen cabinets with high end appliances by Kitchen Aid, thoughtfully stocked with all the amenities. Art and photography from local artists adorn the home. Family friendly homes in this area are hard to come by and we have attempted to add some nice touches such as children's dinnerware, in house pack n play, sheets and blankets etc.

Move in after 04:00 PM,  Move out by 11:00 AM Children below age 3 are allowed. Pets Allowed. Smoking not allowed. No parties & events allowed.

During your stay, please keep all doors locked as you leave and enter. Additional fee of $300 will be charged for an evidence of interior smoking of any kind. Please do not smoke indoors. Please clean up after your pet(s) if you bring them and make sure that the trash bin goes to the alley each Friday morning during your stay.

Other things to note

No smoking on property at any time. Evidence of smoking will trigger a $300 cleaning and smoke remediation fee. Parking is located in the two spaces behind the home or on Wilt St.
